We encourage customers to Contact Us for any issues within 5 days of receiving product.
Return Policy
- Build-to-order products are non-cancellable/non-returnable. Such products include but not limited to Cable Assemblies, Flexible Light Pipes, and Educational products.
Approved Returns
- Subject to a 25% re-stocking and a 3% Credit Card fee.
- Must be shipped freight pre-paid (unless otherwise instructed) and be adequately packed. IFO is not responsible for items damaged enroute to IFO
- Include the RMA number on the outside package/s.
Unauthorized Returns
- Any product returned to IFO without written approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, will not be accepted.
Distribution Products
- We do not accept returns for credit of any item that was purchased through our distributor network.
- Credits must be arranged through the distributor from which the product was purchased.
