Industrial Fiber Optics offers a complete product line of flexible light pipes. The pipes include designs that range from simple low-cost light pipe that consists only of optical core with cladding to cable-like pipes with a jacket that protects the light-trapping cladding and the optical core. The base material for all our light pipes is Eska™ optical fiber manufactured by market leader Mitsubishi Rayon. Options include those with optical fiber diameters ranging from .75mm to 3.0mm, cables with 105 °C operating temperature, and ones with a very large 2.0mm optical waveguide. Lengths start at 5 centimeters and go up to 3 meters.

Using fully automated equipment we can offer you light pipes at prices just above those of the raw material itself. In addition, you will find the pre-cut lengths to have high quality end polishes and very consistent dimensions.
