They provide ready-made solutions and quick installations suitable for a vast range of commercial and industrial networking/communications applications. These premier quality patch cords are available in simplex and duplex cable, riser and plenum UL-ratings, heavy duty cable construction and many standard lengths.

This patch cord line utilizes top-quality OFS Factory optical fiber cable consisting of a 200 µm glass core, 230 µm cladding, 500 µm buffer layer (protected with a 2.2 mm polyvinyl chloride inner jacket) and a second outer jacket of PVC for an overall diameter of 5 mm. The cable incorporates two layers of glass strength members. Patch cord terminations are authentic Avago Versatile Link connectors.

The 200/230 µm glass fiber is used to complement 1 mm plastic core fiber for applications that require operating distances of 50 to 200 meters. It's suitable for use with all Avago Versatile Link fiber optic transmitters and receivers.
