This patch cord series utilizes 200/230 plastic-clad/glass fiber, which is recommended for distances greater than 40 meters. Patch cords consist of an OFS fiber cable with 200/230 µm core/cladding, 500 µm buffer layer, surrounded with aramid yarn, protected with a 2.5 mm polyvinyl chloride jacket; terminated with ST™ connectors. Available for purchase by end users and OEM customers.
