  Industrial Fiber Optics manufactures standard product lines of fiber optic patch cords with plastic optical fiber (POF) and Versatile Link (VersaLink) terminations. These products provide ready-made solutions for quick installations in commercial or industrial networking/communications applications using Avago VersaLink fiber optic transmitters and receivers. This particular cable is made with industry-standard diameter 1.0 mm plastic optical fiber core/cladding surrounded by a black crosslinked polyethylene 2.2 mm jacket. Patch cords are available in multiple standard lengths and shipped from stock or quickly fabricated from stocked inventory to meet short delivery schedules.

This fiber cable has a higher NA than standard pmma POF and a higher attenuation. Please review optical system budget before installation.

Patch cord terminations are authentic Avago VersaLink connectors.

These cables either meet or exceed the technical specifications of patch cords made by Avago or other contract manufacturers.
