Industrial Fiber Optics manufactures standard product lines of fiber optic patch cords with plastic optical fiber (POF) and Versatile Link (VL) terminations. These products provide ready-made solutions for quick installations in commercial or industrial networking/communications applications using Broadcom (Avago) Versatile Link fiber optic transmitters and receivers. Our premier quality patch cords are available in simplex and duplex cable with latching and non-latching connectors, heavy duty or UL-rated cable construction, and in many standard lengths.
This patch cord line utilizes high-quality Eska™ Premier GHCP4002 fiber cable featuring a rugged polyethylene jacket. Patch cord terminations are authentic Broadcom Versatile Link connectors. This cable is wired straight through, pin 1 to pin 1. A crossover version is available as series IF 1X2N.
These cables either meet or exceed the technical specifications of patch cords made by Broadcom.
